MARKETING OPERATIONS MANAGER (F/M)
Based in our Berlin headquarters we are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Manager (f/m) to support our Global Marketing Operations team. This role will report into the Executive Director Global Marketing Operations.
YOUR TASKS:
- Gather and document Marketing requirements including functional requirements and key business dependencies.
- Insure the Marketing requirements for each project are delivered efficiently and on-time.
- Support, enforce, and communicate the Company Project Prioritization Process across the organization.
- Act as a key liaison between Marketing and the Product Division.
- Champion Marketing efforts to identify and resolve technical issues and challenges.
- Work with Product and Development throughout the development cycle to insure that critical timelines and requirements are met.
- Work with Marketing, Product and Development to create tools or processes that increase operational efficiency and increase revenue.
YOUR PROFILE:
- 3 to 5 years experience in technical project or product management role
- Experience in writing requirement documents and business cases.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a cross-functional team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of direct marketing, mobile, digital media, entertainment industry
- Profound experience in using MS Office, especially Excel and Visio.
- Possess the drive to conquer a challenge through perseverance and creativity with an independent way of working.
- Able to achieve high quality results within a dynamic, growing and cross-cultural global organization.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects within the given deadlines.
