TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER (M/F)
YOUR TASKS:
Based in our Berlin office, you will be responsible for the technical product management for parts of our back-end platform, e.g. billing. You will leverage the combination of business and technical knowledge to transform business and architecture needs into product requirements. Acting as a Technical Product Manager, you will be in charge of requirements engineering, configuration and change management of software projects taking into account current and future platform needs from a technical as well as a business point of view. You will collaborate with product teams across all distribution channels. Your responsibility will also include driving the development and delivery of the back-end platform.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant professional experience
- Experience in distributed network applications, WEB-based services (SOAP, XML) and strong interest in mobile technologies and related IT trends is a must
- Proven experience in managing technical products
- Excellent technical understanding as well as good analytical way of thinking
- Experience in working independently with users
- Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- German language skills are an advantage, but not a must
- Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
- Highly efficient working style with the ability to set the right priorities
